Before you ask
Why are running costs so low?
Every project fails or succeeds in the planning. We meticulously plan infrastructure before writing a line of code — choosing platforms and architectures that are sustainable long-term. Where it makes sense, we deploy to Cloudflare Pages (a global CDN with a generous free tier), keeping recurring costs to a minimum. Your domain is typically the only guaranteed recurring cost — around UGX 44,000 per year.
What does "30% deposit" mean in practice?
Before we write a line of code, you pay 30% of the agreed project price via Mobile Money, bank transfer, or card. The remaining 70% is due when the completed site is handed over and tested. No deposit = no start.
Will the estimate change after I send the brief?
Possibly. The calculator gives a reliable range, but the final quote comes after we've reviewed your full brief. If something needs to cost more, we'll explain exactly why before you commit to anything.
Can I see the site before paying the balance?
Yes. You get a preview link to the live-but-unlaunched site for testing and feedback before the final payment is due. We go through two rounds of revisions included in the price.
Do you work with clients outside Kampala?
Yes. Everything can be done remotely — brief over WhatsApp or email, payments via Mobile Money, and delivery via a shared preview link. We've worked with clients across Uganda and East Africa.
What if I need something not in the calculator?
Use the calculator for what you can, then describe the rest in the project form. We'll include custom-scoped items in the proposal. Nothing is off the table — we just need to understand what you need.
